Chicken and chorizo spicy stew with kidney beans

We have M and J round for dinner after they’ve spent a busy day moving house, so I’ve made a fairly substantial stew from the BBC Good Food website.
It was pretty scrummy, but a little too watery: I’d leave this cook down a little longer next time. More chorizo and more avocado would be excellent too. The chicken was done to a turn, so worth the time it takes to slow-cook, and I’m always a big fan of wild rice.
