Spinach soup

Thickened with carrots and crème fraîche, this is a vibrantly green soup that’s tasty served with fresh home-made bread and light enough to eat before T’ai Chi class. Next time we’ll make double and freeze individual portions for future home-made ready meals.

    It looked green! Will try to get better on the photo front – I’ve been a bit rubbish the past few days. ; )
