Camp curry

Camp chef D and I sampled the local ales before creating tonight’s vegetarian curry, which made the cooking much more interesting. It has a.tikka masala base and is rather better than we anticipated. The rice is spot on and pitta bread makes a decent naan substitute. A win.

    Apologies for typos – blogging tipsy via smartphone from a field in the Gower. D and I should cook under the influence more often: it was rather tasty.
