Chicken arrabiata bake with garlic bread, followed by cheesecake (I)

In the first of a two-part series, tonight is a Sainsbury’s 2 for £5 meal comprising chicken arrabiata bake, garlic bread and a scrummy Gü pudding (mango and passionfruit cheesecake). This time next week (after camp) we’ll have the same meal, but home-made. The Gü pudding is particularly delicious, so it would be great to be able to replicate it.

With a generous scattering of basil

The garlic bread is tasty, but the pasta bake is too dry and too sweet, so that will be the main thing to improve when we make this from scratch.
