Cajun chicken burgers with avocado and bistro salad

Day 3 of Burger Week features a BBC Good Food cajun chicken burger recipe, with bacon and avocado, served in a ciabatta roll. It sounded like a winner from the get-go.
I used a ready-made cajun spice mix as I had a jar of it in the cupboard, substituted bistro salad for spinach leaves and skipped the mayonnaise. A great meal for a summer evening, although one that could be improved by serving in a halved ciabatta loaf. I think this would probably be quite nice cold too.
