Balsamic pork with tagliatelle

A lovely little recipe that takes no time to put together, this needs a handful of ingredients and is ready in less than half an hour. It’s another BBC Good Food recipe (bless them) and the delicious aroma of sizzling seasoned pork fills the kitchen from the moment it hits the hot skillet.

Surprisingly delicious with fresh basil

With the exception of the pork, all the ingredients for this were to hand in the store-cupboard or growing in the windowsill herb garden. This really is rather delectable and is definitely one we’ll be making again post-challenge, especially if I spot pork steaks on offer.
