Bucatoni with baon and breadcrumbs

I think I first read about this meal in Nigel Slater’s  Appetite, but I’m happy to be corrected as I haven’t got my copy to hand. It takes three pans and about forty minutes – I cut short the time required for the sauce in the recipe I found online. If you weren’t making the sauce it would be a matter of minutes to put together. Quite light, pretty tasty.
