Turkey tabbouleh with tahini dressing

Having finally managed to find quinoa in the new Waitrose on Queen Street (and now confident about pronouncing it as “keen-wah” to bemused shop staff), I made my first tabbouleh today, using a BBC Good Food recipe. Tahini’s another ingredient I’ve never used before, so this was quite an exotic meal for us.

Although there’s a a few bits to bring together (dressing, quinoa, salad and turkey), it’s not a complicated meal to make and we’re delighted with the outcome: tasty and light. We’ll certainly be making this again; it’s a fantastic dish for summer.
