Courgette, broad bean and bacon pasta bake

This was a variant on a Delicious menu which I adapted as I couldn’t find giant shells and I made too much cheese sauce. Full of goodness and rather tasty.

Isnt’ that a lovely green?

This ended up being a glorified pasta bake, but it was lovely – good enough to make double-podding the broad beans worth the effort.
