Chicken breast with fondue Provençal and a green medley

A work night out with good but not incredible food, which is fairly inevitable when mass catering. The welcome drink was lovely though – sparkling rosé! Good company too, which makes such a difference. Home late, and looking forward to a day off tomorrow, in which I shall be creating H’s birthday feast…

If you were curious (I was), fondue Provençal = a concentrated tomato and chunky vegetable sauce type malarkey. And the ‘medley’ was spring greens.
