Paprika pork

This is a cheat, in so far as I made it for lunch during the weekend in which we discovered pork and froze the excess – but, we haven’t yet had it for dinner and I’m home late, so I reckon it counts. Home-made ready meals are so much nicer than anything you can buy in the supermarket, and it’s a joy to tip them into a casserole dish, cover and pop into the oven knowing you’ll have a lovely home-cooked meal in twenty minutes or so.

This is yet another reliable BBC Good Food recipe. I need to make it again with more paprika and throw in some diced romano pepper at the end for a bit of lift.

Lovely with wild rice.
